The three-game a week grind is under way for Richmond Hill High School's basketball teams.
So far, so good.
The Wildcats finished last week 2-1 with a 74-55 win Saturday over South Effingham. James Williams poured in 22 points and Daniel Wilder added 18 for Richmond Hill, which improved to 12-4 overall and 3-1 in Region 2A-AAAA.
The Lady Wildcats, meanwhile, stayed on a roll, overcoming a slow start and tired legs to knock off the Lady Mustangs, 52-27, behind 20 points from Keeara Jackson and 19 from Aliyah Johnson.
The wins earned both teams an opportunity to do it again this week. Tuesday night, Richmond Hill traveled down to Brunswick to take on Glynn Academy. Friday, they go back to Brunswick to take on the Pirates.
Saturday, the teams get a break from region play with a contest against Screven County.
