Sunday night, Richmond Hill Presbyterian Church hosted the first ever Richmond Hill Gospel Celebration. People from a variety of congregations came together for time of praise and inspiration, led by the Followers of Christ Gospel Choir directed by Deacon Willie Scott.
He said this was the first road trip for the choir from Savannah, but you couldn’t tell because of the level of excellence exhibited, according to Tom Seaman, president of South Bryan Christian Ministers Association, which sponsored the concert.
An offering was received for the choir and the ministry of Family Promise of Bryan County.
Seaman said he expects more Gospel Celebrations in the future.
