Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Sheppard Jr., of Richmond Hill, are pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Felicia Santrell Sheppard to Sir Lawerence S. Hayes, both of Richmond Hill.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Ms. Laura Worlds of Midway, the late Mr. James Strodder of Midway, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Joe Sheppard Sr. of Richmond Hill.

The groom-elect is the son of Ms. Joeleene Hayes of Richmond Hill, and the grandson of Ms. Joyce Wilkerson of Savannah.

The wedding service is planned for Saturday, Sept. 22 at 1:30 p.m. at the Bryan Neck Missionary Baptist Church, 16525 Hwy. 144, Richmond Hill. The reception will follow at the Fort McAllister Group Shelter in Richmond Hill.
