The mood was celebratory Sunday as some 175 members members of Olive Branch Baptist Church and invited guests broke ground on a new sanctuary.

The historic church’s original sanctuary will be 125 years old in October. The Olive Branch Baptist Church congregation has been working toward the groundbreaking on a new sanctuary for two years. See more on this story down the road.
