Bryan County Schools has released a statement this afternoon regarding an incident between students at Bryan County Middle High School on Monday, October 19th.

The statement reads:

"Bryan County Schools is aware of an incident at Bryan County Middle High School involving students that occurred near the end of the school day on Monday, October 19th, just prior to dismissal. School administrators addressed the situation in accordance with the district's Student Code of Conduct.

The safety and well-being of our students and staff remain our highest priority. We take all incidents involving student safety seriously and are committed to maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment.

To protect student privacy, we are unable to share additional details regarding the students involved or any disciplinary actions taken."
