There is a great question that Pilate asked of Jesus before He was crucified which is, “What is truth?”

People have been trying to find the answer to this question throughout history. It is essential that we find this answer for it is truth that will set us free from the bondage and consequences of sin. In our day it is hard to know what to believe.

We can’t trust what the average politician says.

We can’t believe everything that the media reports.

We shouldn’t automatically trust what we hear or see on social media or the results of Google search.

Where do we find this truth? The reason Pilate asked this question about truth is that Jesus had said, “Everyone on the side of truth listens to me”.

So, we can draw from this the fact that those things

Jesus spoke were constituted truth. Actually since Jesus was God in human form then those things spoken to us from God are what is truth. The good news is that we have those words contained in what is known as the Bible.

The way to absorb more truth is to spend more time in God’s Word, and the key truth you will find is that Jesus Christ is the only way to a relationship with God the Father and the one road to heaven.
