Power is out at Richmond Hill City Hall and the Planning and Zoning office, and likely won't be restored until noon, according to Richmond Hill  Mayor Russ Carpenter.

The Georgia Power outage map shows several hundred customers in Richmond Hill still without power, and restoration times have not been provided. Less than 100 Coastal Electric Cooperative customers are without power, according to the company's outage map. 

The outages are a result of Idalia, which swept through coastal Georgia on Wednesday.
