Six candidates will vie for the Richmond Hill City Council seat left vacant by the death of Johnny Murphy in a special election to be held on March 19. The League of Women Voters of Coastal Georgia is holding a candidate forum Feb. 26, from 6:30 p.m -9 p.m., at the City Center, JF Gregory Park, 520 Cedar St.

 The nonpartisan forum to educate Richmond Hill voters about the issues and where the candidates stand will be moderated by Adam Van Brimmer, editorial page editor of the Savannah Morning News., the event sponsor. Questions for the candidates may be submitted by email in advance to lwvcga@gmail.com. Written questions may also be submitted at the forum and included time permitting. 

 The candidates are:
