Despite a strong showing from Wildcat Raul Rodriguez (pictured), Richmond Hill took a 6-3 region loss to Liberty County Tuesday. Rodriguez started the game, pitched nearly five innings and went two for three at the plate with an RBI.

Alex Tucker came in on relief in the fifth inning but took the loss when Liberty scored three runs in the sixth. The Cats are now 6-3 and 0-2 for Region 3-AAA. They face Benedictine and Hepzibah this weekend. Look for results in the next issue.
