The Bryan County High School softball team isn't through yet.
The No. 2-ranked Lady Redskins bounced back from Thursday's 4-3 loss to No. 1-ranked Gordon Lee to take a 9-1 win over Brookstone Friday morning in the Class A finals in Columbus.
Bryan County will play George Walton Academy at 1 p.m. Friday in an elimination game.
Tiffany Howard got the win Friday morning, limiting Brookstone to five hits while striking out 12. She went 2 for 2 at the plate with an RBI and three runs scored.
Taylor Butler went 3 for 4 with four RBI to lead the Lady Redskins at the plate. Jerri Hines was 2 for 3 and scored a run, McKenzie Covington was 1 for 3 and scored two runs and Sierra Newman was 1 for 3 with two runs scored.
