Bryan County High School senior Tiffany Howard won the Region 3-A girls cross country meet on Wednesday at Savannah Country Day. The girls finished fourth, earning them a trip to the state meet.

Jabari Fields finished sixth in the boys meet to pace the Redskins, who placed third and also will advance to the state meet.

Howard's win was her third region title in four years. She finished third as a sophomore.
