Richmond Hill High School fell 38-19 to Brunswick on Thursday in a key Region 2A-AAAA contest at Glynn County Stadium.

The Wildcats (5-4, 1-3) trailed 24-0 at halftime, but outscored the Pirates in the second half. Running back TJ Franklin led the Wildcats with 93 yards and a touchdown on four carries. Fullback David Katzman had 85 yards and a TD on 16 carries and quarterback Dominique Allen finished with 84 yards and a touchdown on 19 carries. Allen also completed on pass in three attempts -- a 7-yard throw to receiver Hank Ferendo.

Trevor Thomas led the Wildcats defense with 11 tackles. Taylor Hayes had eight tackles and Zach Stegner finished with seven stops for Richmond Hill.

The game was played Thursday night because Glynn Academy will play Liberty County on Friday at the stadium, which is home to both high schools in Glynn County.
