Georgia Southern Softball will host its 2013 summer softball camp on June 24-25 at Eagle Field in Statesboro. For more information and to register, visit GeorgiaSouthernSoftballCamps.com.
The camp is designed to cover mechanics, skills, and includes dozens of drills to help improve play at the plate and in the field while covering all aspects of the game. The participants will be divided based on age and ability so that everyone will get the most out of the camp.
Check in is set for 9 a.m. each morning at the GSU Softball Complex which is located at 55 Fair Road on the campus of Georgia Southern University. Each day of the camp runs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with a break included to serve lunch which is included.
Campers can register for both days of the camp for $200, or come for just one day at $100. A discount is available for families sending more than one camper to the event.
All clinics will take place at the Georgia Southern Softball Complex located on Fair Road on the northern edge of campus.
