The other day my youngest grandson was in the back seat of my car when I overheard him say "now I get it". He was referring to a video game on his mom's phone.

This reminded me of the response that people have when they come to the realization that Jesus died for their sins. 

So many have not come to this truth and my prayer for them is that they do "get it". 

For many, they have not really heard the good news of what Jesus can do in a person's life when they surrender it to His control. For others, they have heard the message spoken, but the one or one's who talked the talk didn't walk the walk. This caused them to lose interest in what was shared.

The truth is, there is the genuine Christian life and there is the real fact that Jesus does love us and desires to transform us. He desires to help us walk the walk ourselves so that others may get the truth.

The scriptures teach us that if we seek then we will find, which means that we will "get it".
