The city of Richmond Hill is expected to select a new city manager at its regularly scheduled meeting Tuesday.

According to the agenda, the three final candidates, Ursula Lee, Chris Lovell and Nathan Mai-Lombardo, will make a presentation to the council. The council will make a selection following a closed session.

Lee, of Midway, currently serves as the Richmond Hill City Clerk.

Lovell, of Richmond Hill, is a former president of Richmond Hill Bank.

Mai-Lombardo, of Savannah, was most recently a campaign manager for Savannah mayoral candidate Jeff Felser and director of planning and economic development at Garden City, according to his Linked-In site.

The city is hiring a new city manager to take the place of former city manager, Mike Melton, whose contract was declared null and void by the council in January. Melton has since taken a job as the county manager of White County, which is north of Atlanta.

At 6:30 p.m. before the council meeting, an appeal public hearing regarding the removal of Stephen Weiss from the Richmond Hill Planning and Zoning board will take place.
