The Georgia Department of Transportation recently announced temporary load-limit changes on the state Route 119/E.B. Cooper Highway bridge over Russell Swamp in Liberty County.
The changes — which will continue through Friday, weather permitting — will restrict vehicles and trucks over 10 tons from crossing the bridge.
Motorists should use alternate routes.
Message boards will be placed on state Routes 38 and 119 in Walthourville and U.S. Highway 17 and state Route 119 in Riceboro with additional signs along state Route 119.
