Good news for property owners: members of the Bryan County Board of Education said they won’t hike the millage rate this year.

School board members agreed at Thursday’s meeting in Black Creek to keep the rate at 15.537 as the system continues working on its budget for the 2015 fiscal year, which begins July 1.
