Southeastern portions of Richmond Hill are without water Friday afternoon as city workers fix a leak in the city's water system. 

City Manager Chris Lovell said service was expected to be restored by 4:30 p.m.

He didn't know the number of residents affected but said the neighborhoods of Sterling Creek and Richmond Hill Plantation southeast toward Publix had no water for several hours Friday afternoon.
