Two events, sponsored by the local Girl Scouts, are planned in Richmond Hill on back to back weekends.
The Girl Scout He & Me Fishing Recruitment Event is Saturday, August 29, from 9 a.m. to noon at Richmond Hill Fish Hatchery.
Bring your favorite guy (family welcomed) and your fishing gear out to the hatchery for a fun filled day. Catch and release only.
Please bring your fishing gear, bait, chair, mask (worn until you get to your fishing spot) and water bottle. A few poles and some bait will be available.

The following Saturday, Sept. 5, is the Girl Scout Bike Rodeo at 9 a.m. at J.F. Gregory Park.
The Bike Rodeo will include several bike classes, materials on bike safety, and a bike ride.
Council staff will be on-site to sign-up your daughter with a troop. National Membership fee is $25.
What to Bring/Wear: closed toe shoes, bike, helmet, mask, and water bottle.

Both events are being organized by Juliette Southern Rose Service Area (South Chatham & Richmond Hill), a part of the Girl Scouts of Historic Georgia Council.
