Bryan County COVID-19 cases confirmed by the Coastal Health District at 3 p.m. Wednesday: 

Cases last two weeks: 929 

Confirmed cases total: 6,223 

Total population: 39,137 

Cases per 100K: 15,901 

Cases per 100K last two weeks: 2,374 

Deaths: 65 confirmed, 13 probable

 Hospitalizations: 359

Bryan County Schools COVID-19 numbers for Jan. 17-21:

Elementary schools (6): 144 positive students/staff out of 5,373 total population in six schools, a ratio of .026.

• Middle schools (2): 78 positive students/staff out of a total population of 2,725 in two schools, a .028 positivity ratio.

• High schools (2): 92 positive students/staff out of a population of 3,402 at two high schools, a .027 ratio.
