A new senior-living facility is planned for the Station Exchange development. Georgia Living Management Inc. will operate the Suites at Station Exchange. Construction is scheduled to begin this fall, with completion planned for next summer.
Georgia Living Station Exchange LLC recently purchased a partially completed building centrally located in the development to house the facility. The building is about 27,000 square feet and is three stories high. The property is scheduled to be redeveloped for the facility.
The Suites at Station Exchange will feature private balcony suites, activity and gathering areas, executive chef-prepared meals, a salon and spa facility, therapy gardens surrounding a private pond and the latest in technology services.
The transaction was brokered by Bedford Falls Properties LLC, a commercial real-estate sales company engaged in repositioning the Station Exchange development. Conceptual plans for the revitalized project include educational facilities, such as a satellite college or university campus, and a medical campus that could include such things as medical clinics, surgical centers, laboratories, rehabilitation facilities and professional offices.
