Magnolia Manor is pleased to announce Michelle Laidler as the new administrator of Magnolia Manor on the Coast.
She has served as the communications director for the corporate office since October 2007 and has since been integral in the growth of Magnolia Manor’s marketing, public relations and communications programs.
“I have devoted my entire career to this industry and to have an opportunity to continue serving older adults through a more direct approach is especially exciting for me,” Laidler said.
Working in the long-term care industry for the past 14 years, Laidler is prepared to take on this next venture with the same energy and enthusiasm for which she is known. Laidler’s past experience includes working in operations, human resources and marketing, as well as serving as administrator of an emergency response systems company.
The transition to one of Magnolia Manor’s coastal communities holds high hopes for Laidler. She will be making the move from the middle Georgia area with her husband and three young daughters.
Although Laidler’s extensive knowledge of marketing brought her to Magnolia Manor three years ago, it is her strong leadership ability, effective communications skills and genuine desire to serve others that has significantly contributed to her promotion.
As for her transition to the coast, Laidler said, “As both a parent and wife, it is the first time I feel the possibilities are endless. My family is looking very forward to becoming involved in such a spirited, caring community like Richmond Hill.”
