Local businessmen and Bryan County officials celebrated Friday morning the groundbreaking for the first home in the WaterWays Township in South Bryan. Fletcher Management Co. of Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla., is overseeing the development of the 2,300-acre subdivision off Oak Level Road near Red Bird Creek.
