Andriotis was nominated by his peers, who called him “an excellent employee ... since starting as a volunteer and carries the same enthusiasm in his career as a Firefighter and Paramedic. He assists with many task including working on small engines, completing daily task as they are assigned, and is proactive in looking for and finding issues that need to be addressed.

He is also an advocate for his patients, provides excellent patient care, and promotes a great image for the department and our mission.” Said another, “Bryan County Fire and Emergency Services is a great place to work because of people like Jon Andriotis.” Another co-worker said Andriotis “is of those guys that you count on in any situation no matter what it is. He is one of the best mentors I’ve ever had. Jon has taught me a lot about EMS, fire and life in general. If I had a choice of which paramedic to be partners with it would be Jon Andriotis every time. The way Jon is with patients on call is a wonderful thing to see and to be a part of. Call on Jon’s name and he will always be there to help you in any way he can.”
