In 2015, Samsung released a video announcement that it would open a video call center in Turkey by surprising a 22-year-old man who is hearing impaired. The video garnered over 13 million views on YouTube.

On Wednesday, Most Viral Web posted the video on its Facebook page, and the video received another 7 million views.

The video shows 22-year-old Muharrem walking with his sister through the city, and to his surprise, everyone he encounters knows sign language, even the taxi driver.

The video was released in connection with Samsung Electronics Turkey for Duyan Eller, or Hearing Hands in English, a video call center for the hearing impaired.

The idea for the call center sprang from a managers experience with making phone calls for a hearing impaired friend, according to an article from Samsung Village.

After six months of hard work, Samsung Electronics Turkey finally opened the video call center last month with staff professionally trained in sign language for the estimated 3.5 million people with hearing impairments in Turkey, reads the article.
