Tybee Island is going green Saturday with a family friendly parade to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day.

The parade will begin at City Hall and proceed down Butler Avenue to Tybrisa Street and include floats, marching and musical bands, and a New York bagpipe unit.

Families are encouraged to dress in green and come out and celebrate. The parade begins at 3 p.m. and is free and open to the public.
