The Richmond Hill YMCA is offering a free 30–day challenge to help members get a healthy start to the new year. Now through Jan. 31, participants will be challenged to eat well, exercise regularly and manage stress.
Using a point system to monitor progress and win prizes, all participants will receive guidance on fitness and nutrition, an initial and final weigh-in and body fat assessment and more.
This program is free for YMCA members, and now through Jan. 31 the YMCA is not charging a joiners fee.
