American Legion Post 164 recently honored public servants and first responders of North Bryan County, including Bryan County Deputy Mark Crowe, Cindy Lewis of Brooklet Primitive Baptist Church and active Legion Christmas co-chair, Bryan County Fire and Emergency Services Lt. American Legion Post 164 honored North Bryan public servants and first responders on Oct. 10 at the Post home in Pembroke. Also in attendance were Pembroke Mayor Judy Cook, Pembroke Police Chief Randy Alexander, Pembroke Fire Chief Peter Waters and County Clerk Becky Crowe.

Post 164 Commander Marvin Miller presented certificates to the honorees.
