Folks brave rain to support warriors, enjoy music

The free concert Friday in J.F. Gregory Park, sponsored by the Fort McAllister Sport Fishing Club, Southern Eagle Distributing and the city of Richmond Hill, followed an appreciation dinner for soldiers from the Warrior Transition Unit at Fort Stewart and helped kick off the Wounded Warrior Fishing Rodeo, which is set for Aug. 20. Interested boat captains can volunteer their time, fuel and expertise by calling 856-2727.
