The Georgia Department of Public Health is seeking public comment on a statewide health assessment that will provide a foundation for efforts to improve the health of Georgia’s population.

The assessment provides the public and policy leaders with information on the health of the population and the broad range of factors that impact health.

The health assessment is available to review at dph.georgia.gov/accreditation and a form to submit comments can be found at dph.georgia.gov/webform/cha-commenters-form. Comments must be received by 5 p.m., Friday.
