Students plant tree for Arbor Day

In celebration of Georgia Arbor Day, Fred Warnell and Clayton Tillman planted a bald cypress tree Tuesday at G.W. Carver Elementary School. Warnell and Tillma are Bryan County district supervisors with the Coastal Soil and Water Conservation District. Warnell also is a registered forester. Amy Bell, soil-conservation technician with the Natural Resources Conservation Service, assisted with materials from NRCS.
