Richmond Hill Middle School has had a lot of activity in recent weeks.
Student Robbie Pecenka’s social studies fair project on World War II aviator Cornelia Fort. Pecenka’s project has been selected as one of the school’s finalists and will advance to compete at the regional level Saturday.
The school also marked National School Counselor Week, which was Feb. 7-11, with hall bulletin boards with notes from students written on decorated hearts, paws and apples from students expressing their thanks to school counselors, who included Lynn Hughes and Cheryl Lovell.
