It’s time for the spring roundup of all kindergarten students for the 2007-2008 school year. Children who will be five years of age on or before September 1, 2007, will be eligible to attend kindergarten during the next school year.

Registration for kindergarten at Lanier Primary School has already begun and will continue until May 25. The school office is open daily from 7:30 a.m. until 4 p.m. for registration.

In order to register a child for kindergarten, the parent must complete the registration form and a custody form provided by the school. In addition, the parent must provide:

1.An immunization form (Form 3231), available from the Health Dept. or your physician

2. An EED (Ear, Eye, and Dental Form - Form 3300; available from the Health Dept. or your physician)

3. Social Security Card

4. Birth certificate

5. Proof of residence (this may be a mortgage or a rental agreement, a mortgage contract, or a lease with a physical address)
