Leihonua K., Mason L., Ariana P., Abby H. and Taylor P., third-graders in Lisa Stagemyer’s class at Richmond Hill Elementary School, do science activities with Bailey G., a seventh-grader from Bob Hodgdon’s life science class at Richmond Hill Middle School.
The class went “ditch dipping” to learn what kinds of animals live in the ditches and small ponds around the elementary schools.
They even had the opportunity to observe some of the microscopic organisms living in these habitats using microscopes.
