The Bryan County Community Education Office offered a new voice class this school year for students in grades second and higher.  These students presented their end-of-year voice recital on Monday, April 26, in the multi-purpose room at Richmond Hill Primary School.

Students received congratulations and applause from the audience as they entertained with such musical selections as “Fireflies”, “My Boyfriend’s Back”, and the always popular “Walkin’ on Sunshine."  Students were  Alexandra Bryant, Kinsley Clements, Lauren Duncan, Emma Fisher, Hannah Graham, Lauren Knussman, Tess Lyle, Madison Owenby, Jennifer Prewitt, Alexa Ramos, Alexis Ramson, Dawson Shores, Sydney Strickland, Madison Thomas, Ava Willia, Cailinn Zervis, and Zoe Zervis.  The voice instructor is Gretchen Stelzer.

This is Mrs. Stelzer’s second year with the Community Education Program and also teaches the fourth-grade drama program.  In addition to working with the Community Education programs, Mrs. Stelzer has performed professionally with the Savannah Theatre since 2002 in addition to many other venues.  Students interested in enrolling in this class for the 2010 – 2011 school year should contact the Community Education Office in July
