The sights and sounds at Bryan County Middle School’s homecoming Thursday were in full force as the band played, cheerleaders rallied the crowd and the court was announced.
The Redskins came up a few yards short of a win against Toombs County as a two-point conversion was stopped short with less than a minute left in a 25-24 loss.
BCMS scored first but trailed 19-12 at halftime. Down 25-12, the Redskins scored twice in the last four minutes.
Darnisha Orr and Keegan Monroe were named homecoming queen and king, respectively.
