The 4th annual Red Hot Chili Pepper 5k race Saturday, sponsored by Georgia Game Changers Running Company, raised $3,000 for the Thornwell Home for Children, a ministry that provides homes for abused and neglected children in Georgia, Florida and South Carolina. About 125 runners participated ranging in age from 10 to 86.

The overall top time was turned in by Craig Williams at 17:40. Sara Maltby was the top female finisher at 18:53. Female Masters winner was Kerry Dulina with a time of 21:22 and Jonathon Fenske was the Male Masters winner at 18:54.
