The City of Richmond Hill is issuing this advisory due to the loss of pressure caused by a water leak repair near Plantation Apartments disrupting the water supply or causing water pressure in parts of the water system to drop to very low levels.

Baseball season starts

This past week baseball and softball teams at Hendrix Park hit the diamonds for the annual opening season Ball-a-Rama. Twenty-two teams from Hendrix Park, Pooler, Garden City and  Bloomdale took part in the event.

Saturday, the park's youngest players kicked off the season with a T-ball Ball-a-Rama. Fun for the 4-6 year olds began with a parade from Black Creek Fitness to the park. Play lasted throughout the day with each team playing at least two games. The eight t-ball teams are sponsored by Pembroke Telephone.
