Runoff election underway in Richmond Hill

Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. in the city of Richmond Hill for a runoff election to fill the position of City Council Post 2.

Last November, neither candidate (Buck Holly, Kevin Bowes) received at least 50% of the vote plus one to win the election outright, forcing a runoff to be held today, December 2. Early voting was held Nov. 24-26.
