Some of the city’s spending plan for next year got the green light from the Richmond Hill City Council on Tuesday evening, while two other budgets will be approved in December.
The city council voted 3-0 to adopt the 2011 general fund, solid waste fund, confiscated assets fund and City Center and Richmond Hill Convention and Visitors Bureau budgets. Councilman Van Hunter was absent.
