One-act play Sunday at RHHS
Drama

The Richmond Hill High School Drama Club will present “I, Chorus”, a one-act drama/ comedy play written by Ian McWethy on Sunday, Oct. 29.

The Drama Club’s One-Act Team recently competed in this year’s regional One-Act Play competition hosted at Lowndes High School on Oct. 24.

“I, Chorus” will take place in room 401 at Richmond Hill High School, with two showings at 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. The performances are free admission, but are “first come, first serve”. Visitors may park in the Senior parking lot and enter directly into the 400 hall.

“I, Chorus” description: College-dropout Elle ( Lillian Kurczak) is lost and trying to find her place in the world until she meets a Greek Chorus ( La’Nya Callahan, Kaitlyn Degen, Gracelyn Gross, Avery Jenn, Clara Kurczak, Isaac Tondreau, Vanesha Toney, and Gregory Wallace) completely devoted to each other and speaking in unison. And doing other things in unison. Like getting a job at Walmart and going on a date. To join them, Elle has to give up everything and everyone she knows, but maybe this is exactly what she has been looking for.
