A seventh hopeful has entered the race for one seat on Richmond Hill City Council.
Justin McBride now joins Kristi Cox, David London, Darryl Lawrence, John Ring, Wayne Jackson and Rick Fitzer in qualifying for the Post 1 seat vacated by the death of councilman and mayor pro tem Johnny Murphy.
Qualifying ends at 4:30 p.m.
The election is March 19.
