Sidewalk work could begin in October
City approves spending up to $150,000 to fix Longwood Drive

Richmond Hill Planning and Zoning Director Scott Allison told City Council on Tuesday night the work on the city's sidewalks project could begin in October.

In addition, City Council approved the spending of up to $150,000 in SPLOST money to fix Longwood Drive and $48,000 to buy four lawnmowers. Council also okayed $10,000 in contingency funds to replace Christmas decorations that have worn out.
