GDOTseal

Georgia DOT announces Bryan County will be holding a Public Information Open House meeting to discuss the proposed Belfast Keller Road Interchange on I-95 in Bryan County.

The public is encouraged to come out to view the details and discuss the project with Georgia DOT staff and give comments. The public meeting is scheduled for Thursday, November 20 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Bryan County Administrative Complex located at 66 Captain Matthew Freeman Drive in Richmond Hill.

There will be no formal presentation, so stop by at any point during the meeting.

This project proposes to construct a new interchange on I-95 at Belfast Keller Road. The project includes replacing the existing two lane bridge with a two lane bridge with sidewalks and roundabouts on Belfast Keller Road at the ramp intersections.

After the open house, you can view the display of the project from November 21 through December 1 at the GDOT Savannah Area Office located 630 West Boundary Street in Savannah. The plan will also be available online at the DOT website at www.dot.ga.gov.  On the home page choose “Public Outreach” on the right-hand side then select the project’s County and choose go. A list of DOT projects in that County will appear and you can select the one you’d like to view. Newer projects are at the bottom of the project list.
