Cool, dry weather has helped aid progress on several Richmond Hill business construction projects. 

Construction workers were seen busy this week on at least four sites. 

What appears closest to completion is the location at the corner of Ford Avenue and Rushing Street where Starbucks, Sports Clips and Firehouse Subs will call home.

Two new hotels continue their construction. Fairfield Inn and Suites, and Home 2 Suites by Hilton are located just feet apart on one side of U.S. 17, past I-95's exit 87.

A new Shell gasoline station and convenience store is being built off GA 144, at the roundabout near the County Administrative Complex.

Opening dates for these projects have not been announced.
