Colonial Marsh denied again

Another request for the Richmond Hill City Council to waive zoning conditions associated with the property known as Colonial Marsh was unanimously denied at Tuesday's regularly scheduled meeting.

On behalf of developer RVLH-Greenland, Wilson Burns asked the council to waive the nine zoning conditions associated with the property. This request came after the council denied in October a request from Burns to remove two of those nine conditions.

The denial from the concil Tuesday came after the city's Planning and Zoning Commission voted Feb. 13 unanimously not to recommend the changes.
