A sixth Bryan County resident has died from COVID-19, according to the Coastal Health District.

Here are the latest numbers.  

As of 3 p.m., July 23rd, there have been 7,942 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in residents of the Coastal Health District and 71 deaths.

 Cases by county:

  • Bryan: 421 cases, 6 deaths
  • Camden: 451 cases, 3 deaths
  • Chatham: 3928 cases, 44 deaths
  • Effingham: 468 cases, 1 death
  • Glynn: 2008 cases, 13 deaths
  • Liberty: 458 cases, 2 deaths
  • Long: 94 cases, 1 death
  • McIntosh: 114 cases, 1 death
