The Richmond Hill/Bryan County Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting ceremony recently for The Green Spork Cafe & Market, located at 10747 Ford Ave., Suite 10, in the Sawmill Shopping Plaza in Richmond Hill.

Owner Kimberley Jardine says Green Spork is a 100 percent, wheat-free, plant-centric, eco-conscious eatery and market that features a dedicated gluten-free bakery and kitchen.

They serve smoothies and salads using fresh, mostly organic produce.
