COVID-19 update: 29 confirmed cases in Bryan County

There are 29 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Bryan County, according to the Coastal Health District's update at noon Friday. 
Here's the latest from the 8-county district:

As of 12 p.m., April 10th, there are 253 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in residents of the Coastal Health District and 8 deaths.
 
Cases by county:

Bryan: 29 cases, 2 deaths
Camden: 19 cases
Chatham: 136 cases, 5 deaths
Effingham: 19 cases, 1 death
Glynn: 32 cases
Liberty: 14 cases*
Long: 1 cases
McIntosh: 3 cases
