There are 37 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Bryan County, the Coastal Health District said Thursday.
There have been two deaths in the county as a result of the pandemic.

As of 12 p.m., April 23rd, there are 387 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in residents of the Coastal Health District and 11 deaths.

- Chatham: 199 cases, 6 deaths
- Effingham: 31 cases, 1 death
- Glynn: 51 cases, 1 death
- Liberty: 35 cases
- Long: 2 cases
- McIntosh: 4 cases
